Summary :
After importing Support Package 15, issues may arise concerning multi-customer number management in SAP Solution Manager. The function is essential for customers using multiple SAP customer numbers to interact with the SAP Support Portal via RFC. It is not necessary for customers with a single CCC and an S user authorized at the CCC level for all Solution Manager activities in the SAP Support, as confirmed via user administration and internal transactions BP51: SRF_DISP_USER and SRF_USER_RIGHTS. To deactivate or reactivate this function, implement or deimplement Note 1140822, respectively. The utility of the background job REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT in generating business partners based on customer numbers and the synchronization features for system data is also highlighted. Moreover, related notes and IMG activities for configuration are specified to aid in proper setup.
