SAP Note 91667 - Spool time in UTC time instead local time

Component : Time and Scheduling functions -

Solution : https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/91667 (SAP Service marketplace login required)

Summary :
Spool times in SAP are displayed in UTC due to inactive time zone functionality. This lack of activation arises from no entries in table TTZCU for the client(s) or incomplete copying of activated time zones to new clients. Additionally, active time zones may refer to deleted entries in table TTZZ. To rectify, ensure each client has entries in TTZCU and confirm the existence of referenced time zones. Users must set personal and default system time zones correctly in their user profiles to reflect local times properly.
