Summary :
This SAP Note addresses an issue where a single machine cannot process multiple time zones simultaneously due to the synchronization of the database server and application server at startup which establishes a central system time. This results in the neglect of local time for various application objects such as customers and shipping locations. The solution is provided in a preliminary version from release 3.0D, which supports local times for date and time suggestions and checks, excluding BC and HR applications. Enabling this functionality requires SAP's approval and cannot be retrofitted to earlier releases due to system limitations.
