Summary :

For SAP NetWeaver '04 and 2004s, SAP uses the Visual Studio .NET 2003 Compiler, and for subsequent releases, the Visual Studio 2005 Compiler is utilized across all Windows platforms. This note outlines that during SAP installation, necessary C runtime DLLs are typically installed via SAPinst. If the installation involves only individual components from Release 6.40 on, necessary DLLs may be absent. Solutions include downloading appropriate Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable packages or using provided installation files from the note attachments.
