Summary :
In SAP environments, an issue arises when users implement the changes from SAP Basis support packages SAPKB62049 and SAPKB64011 (corrections derived from note 807688). After these updates, any new TrueType PDF replacement fonts that users upload via report RSTXPDF2 and subsequently use in PDF conversions of SAPscript or SmartForms (via CONVERT_OTF or spooler printing with a PDF device type) are found not to be embedded in the generated PDF files. This problem only affects new uploads post-implementation of the said packages. Continuation with existing fonts already uploaded is unaffected. Solution directions involve targeted corrections within the corresponding support packages.
