These soft fonts should be uploaded into the SAP R/3 system using the RSTXPDF bailiff and linked via SE73 transaction to SAPscript fonts for proper PDF conversion. Precautions include potential upload errors and significant increase in PDF file size due to embedded fonts. Font files should be licensed by the customer due to copyright laws.
