Summary :
This SAP Note addresses integration improvements between HR master data and CRM/SRM systems for employee and organizational unit roles, applicable from SRM Release 3.0 and CRM Release 4.0 onwards. It encompasses both ALE distribution and standalone scenarios. Key updates include refined filter settings, such as the addition of a filter group for infotype 1001, and an overhaul of Customizing settings via the T77S0 table. Major modifications include the implementation of HRALX switches for integration activation and number assignment schemas. Furthermore, the IDoc handling and initial distribution processes are enhanced to mitigate issues in data transfer and synchronization among systems. Importantly, after system upgrades, the Customizing setup should be revisited as outlined.
