Summary :
When ADDRESS_SEARCH BAdI is implemented with positive duplicate check on addresses of organizational units, no business partners are created during ALE inbound processing. The issue arises because the Customizing settings for business partner integration do not handle errors from duplicate checks for organizational unit addresses. To resolve this, set HRALX/OADBP to BP-ID or space (and HRALX/OADRE to X) to ensure duplicate checks only generate warnings. If conditions are not met, duplicate checks will issue errors, preventing business partner creation. Deploy the Support Package or apply program corrections provided.
