Displaying and Changing Service and Maintenance Orders

Purpose
The report program is used to print a list of orders, with the optionof being able to change some field entries. The order data includesentries for the time at which services should be provided, theutilities to be used, and the order costs which can be settled. You canuse a changeable list of orders to:

  • Search for an order whose number is unknown

  • Obtain an overview of orders with particular features

  • Continue processing orders with particular features collectively

  • Make status changes collectively
  • Features
    When selecting the orders, restricting criteria are available, forexample, in the following categories:

    • Order status

    • You must select at least one order status.
      • Order data

      • General data/administrative data

      • Paging status

      • You receive a printed list of all the orders which satisfy yourselection criteria. The basic list contains the order number, ordertype, basic start date and the short text for all the orders selected.
