Summary :
All dialog work processes are shown as "stopped RFC" or "stopped CPIC" due to high volumes of tRFCs/qRFCs with local update activated. This results in the SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC short dump after upgrading specific Support Packages. The updates cause transactions that fail in local updates not to be saved until committed, resulting in potential double execution of tRFCs. Corrections require implementing both the SAP Note and related Support Packages for each affected SAP Basis Component release.
