SAP Note 909869 - Queues not automatically processed in SMQ2

Summary :
Queues in Transaction SMQ2 marked as READY are not processing, despite being registered in SMQR. This issue can occur if multiple inbound LUWs are created within one application LUW, and the first queue is not registered in SMQR, or if creating an inbound LUW deactivates the inbound scheduler, leaving it INACTIVE. This problem is related to changes made after implementing SAP Notes #869628 or #904133. To resolve, import the relevant Support Package or apply provided source code corrections applicable to qRFC from R/3 4.6B through SAP Web AS 7.00.
