Summary :
When performing SAP processes like periodic reposting, indirect activity allocation, assessment, distribution, or revaluation (both plan and actual), system behavior may not align with the customized tolerance limits set for availability control. Instead of issuing error messages for certain orders or WBS elements that hit these limits, the system generates warning messages. This occurs to ensure that processes run uninterruptedly and other transactions continue updating without being affected by isolated errors. Transaction codes involved are RKIB, RKIL, RKIU, RKIV, RKPB, RKPL, RKPU, RKPV, and RKLN. Changes are made to convert error into warning messages to maintain process flow and data integrity.
