Summary :
In environments where SAPFTP is hindered by firewall restrictions, issues occur notably in active FTP mode due to the server-initiated data connection being blocked. To mitigate this, setting the SAPFTP to operate in passive mode by default is advised. To achieve this, update the SAPFTP to the most current patch level following guidelines in the referenced SAP Note. Furthermore, create "sapftp.ini" in the SAPFTP directory, add "passive_mode=on", and save the file. This configuration ensures that the FTP communication defaults to passive mode unless explicitly modified or deleted.
