Summary :
When executing a budget distribution from an investment program position to a WBS element, users may notice that the project's availability control, expected to be automatically activated, does not activate. This occurs because the budget distribution processes multiple projects simultaneously, potentially leading to long runtimes if each project's availability control is activated. This is restricted to prevent performance issues in dialog processing. A workaround involves activating the availability control post budget distribution via project structure (PS) budgeting functions or using background activation (transaction CJBN) when handling "truly hierarchical" projects with multi-level WBS elements. Corrections from Notes 444439 and 507155 are prerequisites.
