Summary :
This SAP Note addresses issues with missing variants in target clients post-client copy and provides detailed directions for ensuring variant inclusion during copying. For copies that include variants, SAP has provided specific profiles such as SAP_ALL since Release 3.0F and SAP_CUSV and SAP_UCSV from Release 3.1. These profiles must be selected to ensure variant data is included when executing client copies using transactions SCC0, SCCL, or SCC9. Additionally, from Release 4.0, system variants residing in client 000 can be copied with special instructions provided for both intra-system and inter-system variant transfers. For detailed custom copying, the transactions LIMU VARI, LMRV VARX, and associated program methods like R3trans are recommended.
