Summary :
Users experience partial or complete dysfunction in Personnel Planning and Development (PD) and workflow applications, specifically in Organizational Management due to missing authorizations. Despite successful checks reported by Transaction SU53, missing table entries and evaluation paths (table T77*, T778A) cause errors. This originated from using the client copier, which failed to copy all HR table contents during a system upgrade. To resolve, use reports RSCLTCOP or RHTTCP76/RHTTCP77 depending on the system release. Customizing for PD and workflow needs revisiting post table copying to ensure settings match requirements, observing details provided for respective SAP releases.
