Summary :
Gaps are identified in the number range of billing document numbers in table VBRK. The problem emanates from update terminations during the billing document creation using transactions VF04, VF06, and VF01. Numbers are reserved before an update, but are lost if the update is not completed successfully. This issue is trackable through transaction SM13. Currently, there is no available solution to address these gaps in the number sequence.
