Summary :
This SAP Note addresses issues occurring with ACF ActiveX-based controls such as OfficeControl and Web Dynpro OfficeControl. Users may experience automatic downloads of new ACF ActiveX controls from the SAP server or display issues post-installation of new Support Packages. To resolve these issues, the browser should be configured to compare local and server ACF versions, triggering necessary updates. For configurations where automatic downloads are disabled, follow the guidelines in SAP Note 766192 to manually update to the latest ACF version and SAP Note 1150277 for additional settings. Failure to allow signed ActiveX control downloads may result in display errors.
