Summary :
This SAP Note discusses the challenges of implementing two-step goods receipts with inbound deliveries, particularly the visibility and processing issues with return deliveries, as specified under Note 491785. The currently adopted mapping process using one or two inbound deliveries for 2-step GRs, based on consulting Note 1225078, is proven insufficient. The correction suggestions include reassessing Customizing settings per Note 491785 and Note 359247. Upon implementation, users can manipulate item categories and utilize modified transactions (MB01, MIGO, VL32N) for both steps (103/105 or 107/109) and for reversing processes via transactions like VL09 for movement types 106 or 110.
