Summary :
When using the report RCATS_APPROVE_ACTIVITIES to manage approvals in CATS records, inconsistencies may arise if a timesheet record approved and then subject to an UNDO and a subsequent reject action. The interface tables (PTEX2000, PTEXDIR, CATSCO, CATSPS, CATSMM, CATSPM) do not reflect the cancellation leading to discrepancies with the CATSDB table. The remedy involves a source code adjustment ensuring interface tables accurately update during such actions. Correction details are provided in the attached update with this note to align the database and interface table records.
