Summary :
SAP Note discusses the provision of services like EarlyWatch through the SAP Solution Manager without needing to install the ST-SER Support Package. From ST 400 SP16 onwards, you can update service content directly by using the report RAGS_DSWP_SERV_CONTENT_UPDATE or through transaction AGS_UPDATE (available from SP18). This process can now be initiated directly from the 'SAP Engagement and Service Delivery' work center, significantly simplifying updates. Important prerequisites include a functional RFC connection to SAPOSS on client 001.
