Summary :
To enhance the security and performance of EH&S Windows Wordprocessor Integration (WWI) and Expert servers during downtime, redundancy across servers is advised. WWI and Expert servers should operate separately from SAP application servers and independently from each other during production. Introduce the EH&S Failure Recovery service (EhsStart) for automatic service restarts post-error, unless using EH&S Management Server (EhsManSrv) which provides built-in monitoring. Deploy multiple servers duplicating the EH&S Expert and WWI services for fail-safe operations and distribute loads. Customize per environment in SAP and ensure proper monitoring and sizing as per best practices. Note 1010990 details RFC connection setups in high-availability environments.
