To solve this, check the availability of the IBase using transaction IB52 and ensure the correct IBase is referenced in the Maintenance Optimizer settings (using DNOC_USERCFG table). Additionally, verify the correct configuration of relevant system communications and BC Sets. For deleted IBase components, remove deletion flags in IB52 and reinspect configuration settings to ensure all necessary components are properly maintained.
