SAP Note addresses an issue where the message RU460 lacks a specified sequence number due to a missing ampersand in the message text. This defect has been resolved in development class CO, for software component SAP_APPL, focusing on the message object RU460. Corrective adjustments have been implemented in support packages K4B, K4D, and K9B. To amend this in system messages, users are guided to use the SE63 translation transaction to update the message text to "Preceding milestone operation &1 in sequence &2 not yet confirmed". Instructions for the translation procedure are detailed for proper implementation.
