SAP Note 27517 - Installing RFCSDK

Composant : RFC -

Solution : https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/27517 (Connexion à SAP Service Marketplace requise)

Résumé :
The Remote Function Call Software Development Kit (RFCSDK) is essential for executing RFC-enabled functions within SAP systems but may be missing from some systems. Users can confirm its absence by searching for the "rfcsdk" directory. This SDK includes executable test programs, C-header files, and documentation, among other components. Given security considerations, particularly concerning programs like startrfc and rfcexec, these should be removed post-testing. With SAP NetWeaver's RFC SDK superseding previous versions, users are advised to adapt to this newer version for ongoing development post-SAP Release 7.10. The required SDKs for various versions can be obtained via SAP Software Distribution Center.
