Diagnosis
The necessary customizing settings for the feedback function are missingin the system.

Procedure
With the feedback function, users can enter a feedback message directlyfrom the SAP system (with system menu Help -> Feedback or bydouble-clicking on the SAP logo) and send it to the relevant supportunit. The support unit can be a customer support unit or one at SAP.
You have to make the necessary settings in the system.
