Description
The program SAPDBMRM contains the access routine that provides the
data for reorganization of physical inventory documents. The MRM
database must not be used for other purposes.
The standard selection screen is generated automatically.
The selection can be made on the basis of the following criteria:
- material document number
- plant
- posting date
Using the test run parameter, you can specifiy whether the archiving
process is only a simulation.
The parameter 'Log of archived tables' controls whether an archiving
log is generated or not.
The program parameter 'Delete archived data' controls whether the
archived records are deleted from the respective file or not.
The system will always generate an archive, independent of your entry
(which can be space or 'X'). The parameter only refers to the database
update.
