Purpose
With this program you can run the book inventory at count time inphysical inventory during business hours. In the selection screen, enterthe selection options that lead to the selection of the physicalinventory documents you require. When you execute the report, the systemprocesses all the physical inventory documents that correspond to theselection criteria that you entered under "Database Restrictions".
You can make the following entries under controls:

• Only select items that have not yet been processed

Select this field if you want to process only physical inventorydocument items that have not been processed in a previous program run.If this field is not selected, previously processed items are processedagain to include POS transactions that were posted subsequently.

• Ouput list before posting

Select this field if if you want to display a list of the selectedphysical inventory documents. You can start the processing from thislist.
In the section " Parameters for Parallel Processing", you can makeentries for parallel processing. If you enter a value in field "Numberof Parallel Processes" that is greater than 1, automatic parallelprocessing is performed. In this case, you must enter the name of aserver group.
