Purpose
In the OTB process, the number of existing OTB buckets constantly growsin the productive R/3 purchasing system, which is why the old bucketsmust be deleted at regular intervals. This is done with the help of areport that automatically determines the buckets to be deleted, anddeletes them if possible. The report must be scheduled periodically ortriggered manually. Note that this report is only used to delete oldOTB buckets inR/3. It is not used in other systems (BW).
The log is saved in the application log. You can display thelog (with transaction SLG1 - object WRF_PRC, subobject OTB_REORG)and delete it (with transaction SLG2) both online and in backgroundprocessing. If you do this online, the system also displays the logon the next screen.
