Description
Tests fields in VEXAV/VEIAV/VEKAC/VESED.
According to the selection criteria, this report reads the followingtables:

• VEXAV


• VEIAV


• VEKAC


• VESED

and writes the fields that are not filled in an error log.
You can branch into change transaction VEXU for EXTRASTAT and changetransaction VEFU for INTRASTAT.

Precondition
Maintain data in Customizing:
In Customizing, you may have to maintain the fields to be declared(choose Sales and Distribution -> Foreign Trade -> Declarations toAuthorities -> Set incompletion and data summarization).
Enter the following parameters:
Month
You can specify for which months the system is to check the data table.
The system proposes January until the month before the current month.
Year
You can specify for which years the system is to check the data table.
The system proposes the current year.
Declaration type
You can choose: - EXTRASTAT
- INTRASTAT
- KOBRA
- AERP
Declaring country
Country for which the check is to be carried out. For this country, thesystem selects data from the data table.
Print log automatically
If you choose "Print log automatically", the system calls up printcontrol immediately and you branch to the output screen.

Output
The system issues all selected data table records.
Fields that have not been filled are highlighted in red.
If you select a field that has been highlighted in red or press F5, youbranch to the error log. This log contains the unfilled records andspecifies the number of records and unfilled fields that the systemdetermined.
Press F6 (Supplement fields) to branch to the relevant changetransaction.
