Purpose
Selecting and processing actions in dialog or in batch.

Prerequisites
Actions are generated by applications that use Post Processing Framework(PPF). Prerequisite is successful Customizing and configuration usingtransaction SPPFCADM. The actions themselves are generated in thecorresponding application.

Selection
For an explanation of each of the selection options, see the respectiveF1 help. Pay special attention to the Note about using the actionstatus.
As a rule, this report is used to process all actions for which theapplication has chosen 'Selection Report' as the processing time. Fortest purposes or for repeating actions, this report can also be used toselect and process actions with the processing time 'Immediate' or 'WhenDocument is Saved'.

Output

• In dialog

Actions are selected according to the selection criteria and displayedin an ALV. Here, you can select individual actions or all of them andprocess them. For actions processed successfully or with errors, in thecase of a repeated processing, a copy of the action is created and thiscopy is processed.

• In batch

Actions are selected according to the selection criteria and processedautomatically. For actions processed successfully or with errors, a copyof the action is created and this copy is processed.
