Purpose
Deletion of entries in TPRI_PAR to which no background jobs link anylonger

Activities
You specify an age. All background jobs that are older than this areselected, and their links to TPRI_PAR are collected.
Then all entries (application "B") that are older and not contained inthe collection are deleted. This means that only the entries to which nobackground job links any longer are deleted from TPRI_PAR.
