Description This program addresses the situation where you want to transportorganization unit addresses (Customizing) but have neglected to leaveany number range in the target system where there will be no overlap. Follow this procedure to ensure that addresses already assigned in thetarget system are not overwritten (which would lead toinconsistencies). Before you start your transport, maintain nuber range interval 01 forthe ADRNR number range object in your source system, so that there isno overlap with the interval in the target system. See Note 25182. Run report RSADRNNR (in test mode first, if appropriate). Once the report has run successfully, the addresses of the organizationunits are assigned to address numbers in the new interval and thetransport will not cause database inconsistencies. Note that additional direct references to address numbers (for examplein plant addresses) are not converted automatically. These referencesare listed in the log. The program processes the following tables: T001 Comapany codes T001E Company code dependent address data T001N Company code - VAT registration nos. T001W Plants T007F Sales/purchase tax groups T049L Lockboxes at house banks T499S Location T500P Personnel areas TTDS OrgUnit: Transportation planning points TVBUR OrgUnit: Sales offices TVKN Routes: Transportation connection points TVKO OrgUnit: Sales organizations TVST OrgUnit: Shipping points T5G52 Tax district and reference details HRP1028 Infotype 1028 DB table J_1BBRANCH CGC branch TWLAD Address determination from plant and storage location If you have your own tables that need to be transported and that havetable fields referring to addresses held in table SADR, you will needto add the appropriate program coding yourself. If necessary, the report can be run again. Address numbers within thecurrently valid interval (potential overlaps) are not converted (seethe log). If you reset the Address number from new range parameter flag, no checkfor freedom from overlaps is carried out. New numbers are taken fromthe current number range interval. Precondition This report must be run before your data export. Output A log is generated. It shows for each table processed: the total numberof entries; the number of entries with address references; the numberof address numbers converted; the number of entries with addressnumbers in the currently valid interval; the number of addresses notfound; and the number of errors (which should be 0 for each table). |
