SAP Program RQSBAS41 - Selected sets: Check usage indicator

Description
This report checks the usage indicator for selected sets and adjusts itif necessary.
As soon as a selected set is used in another task (e.g., in aninspection plan), the system sets the usage indicator (QPAM-VERWENDUNG= X).
The consequence of this is that the selected set can no longer bedeleted from the system.
If you cancel the reference to the selected set, the usage indicator isnot immediately reset since the system must check all the placeswhere the selected set could be used (e.g., all task lists and masterinspection characteristics). Such an action would take up too muchtime. You can use this report instead.
This report checks if a selected set is being used. If it is not beingused, the report resets the usage indicator. Afterwards, you can deletethe selected set.

Example
The following example explains how the report works:
First you create selected set ABC and assign codes to it.
The usage indicator is not yet set (QPAM-VERWENDUNG = SPACE).
You refer to the selected set in an inspection plan.
The system sets the usage indicator (QPAM-VERWENDUNG = X).
You then delete the reference to the selected set.
The usage indicator remains set. As a result, the selected setcannot be deleted in the transaction for maintaining selectedsets (QS51), even though it is no longer being used.
You execute the report. The report determines that the selected set isno longer being used and resets the usage indicator (QPAM-VERWENDUNG =SPACE).
You can now delete the selected set in transaction QS51.
