SAP Program RQPRLS10 - Create Inspection Lots for Physical Samples

Description
You can use this program to create inspection lots for physical samplesof origin 15. For each operation, an inspection point is created forthe physical sample. If several valid inspection plans are determined, the inspection lot must be accessed using the "Change inspection lot"transaction QA02.
The inspection plan must support inspection points with the inspectionpoint type for physical samples.
Sample-drawing procedures, or dynamic modification data in theinspection plan are not taken into account.
The lot size is copied from the physical-sample record and is convertedinto the base unit of measure for the material.
On the selection screen, you can choose between the following monitorcontrols:

  • Inspection lot creation

  • Physical sample status

  • Storage deadline

  • In the monitor controlling function, the colors in the monitor columnof the list mean one of the following:
    'Inspection lot creation'
    • Red

    • The physical sample does not have a material number or plant.
The physical sample does not have a quantity.
The sample unit of measure for the physical sample cannot be convertedinto the base unit of measure of the material.
      • Yellow

      • The physical sample has the status 'Released'
        • Green

        • Lot creation is possible for the physical sample
          'Physical sample status'
          • Red

          • Locked
            • Yellow

            • Created
              • Green

              • Released
                'Storage deadline'
                • Red

                • The storage deadline is earlier than the actual date.
                  • Yellow

                      Precondition
There must be the following prerequisites, if you want to create aninspection lot for a physical sample:

                      • Material and plant must be known for a physical sample.

                      • Inspection type 15, 'Inspection lot for a physical sample' is active.

                      • The physical sample quantity is known and can be converted into the
                      • base unit of measure for the material.
                        • The physical sample is released.

                        • The last inspection lot for a physical sample is completed.
                        • Output
The program creates a configurable list of physical samples.
The list contains the following functions:

                          • Create an inspection lot for the physical sample

                          • Display the physical sample

                          • Save the changes

                          • If you created inspection lots for the physical sample and saved yourchanges, a log line appears for each physical sample that contains astatus message about the lot creation.
