Description
This program converts the inspection lots from release 2.x to release3.0.
The status management in the inspection lot has been changed from theQM-specific status management to general status management in release3.0.
This program uses the object number table (JSTO) to change the fieldsfor the object number and object type in the inspection lot (QALStable).
Conversion of the object status management is then complete.

Precondition
This program cannot be executed unless the status records have beengenerated successfully in release 2.x by the RQEXPM10 program.
