SAP Program RQEEAM10 - Worklist: Results Recording

Description
You use this program to access the results recording function in QM.You can call up this function using the following transactions:
Worklist for results recording
Results recording worklist for physical samples
Results recording worklist for equipment
Results recording worklist for functional locations
You can compile a worklist of inspection lots, partial lots, operations, inspection points, and characteristics on the basis of theselection criteria and switch to the results recording functiondirectly from the list.
You can return to the list and process additional objects after youhave saved the results or terminated processing. The processedoperations in the list are selected.

Precondition
On the selection screen, you enter the general selection criteria forinspection lots and operations. You can restrict the number ofinspection lots read from the database using the maximum number ofhits and therefore restrict the runtime for the program. Filters inthe program also limit the number of inspection lots contained in thelist.
You use the characteristic filter to decide which inspectioncharacteristics are to be included in the selection. If you do notspecify a characteristic filter, the system displays allcharacteristics. Using an indicator, you can also define the inclusionof outstanding long-term inspections for inspection lots for which theusage decision has been made. If you use this option, the runtime maybe extended.
You can predefine the name of the inspector, inspection date, andinspection time. This information is copied the first time you recordinspection results. If you change inspection results, the system doesnot overwrite the name of the inspector, inspection date, andinspection time. You can use radio buttons to specify which informationis displayed in the inspection lot line.

Output
The selected data is displayed as a hierarchical list on the screen. The list only contains the objects you are authorized to process.
The structure of the list is as follows:
- Processing mode
|
|-- - Inspection lot Information about the inspection lot
|
|-- - Partial lot Batch number
|
|-- - Operation Operation short text -> Work center
|
|-- - Inspection point Identification
|
|-- -> Characteristic Characteristic short text
If there are no partial lots or inspection points, these hierarchicalstages do not appear.
You can access the following functions in the list:

  • Choose an operation, inspection point or characteristic for results
  • recording
    • Choose an inspection lot for the usage decision

    • Update list with same selection criteria

    • Change selection criteria

    • Save personal selection criteria as variant

    • Display key

    • Expand hierarchy nodes

    • Collapse hierarchy nodes

    • Expand hierarchy tree

    • Collapse hierarchy tree

    • Scroll

    • Cancel

    • Display (this) documentation

    • You can change the entries for the inspector name, inspection date, andinspection time in the header line. These entries are copied when theinspection results are first recorded. If the entry fields are blank, the system uses your user name and the current time.
In the results recording worklist for physical samples, you canalso call up the following transactions:
      • Display physical sample

      • Process physical-sample drawing

      • Create a new physical-sample drawing with reference

      • In the results recording worklists for equipment andfunctional locations, you can also display the equipment orfunctional location.

        Example
You can generate a list of the operations with outstandingcharacteristics for a work center and process this worklist.
You can update the worklist or change the selection criteria at anytime. In this way, you can maintain an overview of the current worklist, without having to call up the program again.
