SAP Program RQDULM10 - Use of Sampling Procedures

Description
Program RQDULM10 offers a tabular overview of where sampling proceduresare used in inspection plans, material specifications, and inspectionsetup data.

  • You can use the where-used list function to display the sampling
  • procedures used in inspection plans, material specifications, orinspection setup data (quality management view of the material master).
    • You can use the replace function to automate the replacement of
    • sampling procedures with other sampling procedures. The automatedreplacement of sampling procedures is only possible in inspectionplans.
You can use selection criteria to limit the number of task lists ormaterials to be checked. Therefore, if you enter a key date, the systemonly finds those task lists and materials that are used on this keydate.
If you limit the hit list by entering selection criteria, the runtimeof the program is reduced because less data must be stored in the localmemory.
You can use the following selection criteria for sampling proceduresused in task lists:
      • Task list type (this is a required entry field and the value "Q" is
      • already entered for inspection plans)
        • Plant (from.....to)

        • Task list group (from.....to)

        • Task list usage (from.....to)

        • You can use the following selection criteria for sampling proceduresused in inspection setup data (material master data):
          • Material (from.....to)

          • Plant (from.....to)

          • The inspection plans,in which the corresponding sampling procedure isused, are displayed in a list. The following data is displayed in thelist:
            • Task list with the task list number and group

            • Operation number in the task list

            • Inspection characteristic number in the task list

            • Master inspection charcateristic, if a master inspection charcateristic
            • is used in the inspection plan
              • Dynamic modification rule, if a dynamic modification rule is used

              • Date from which the inspection characteristic is valid (Valid from
              • field)
                • Short text for the inspection characteristic

                • You can display more detailed information from the list using hotspots(for example, inspection characteristic, master inspectioncharacteristic etc) or pushbuttons (for example, task list data).
