Worklist for Quality Certificates in Procurement

Purpose
You can use this report to select and edit certificates in procurementon the basis of various criteria. For example, this selection can occurusing the certificate status record or a material.
In particular, you can send reminders for outstanding certificates,that have already had a goods receipt: You print a reminder based onthe entered form. You can also access this function in batch operationusing a suitable selection variant.
In the foreground, a list is issued based on the selction criteria. Atraffic light in each line shows the certificate status:

• Green

Certificate entered or archived.
Certificate not yet entered or archived, but the reminder period hasnot been exceeded.
Certificate not yet entered or archived and the reminder period hasbeen exceeded. Therefore, at least one reminder has been sent.

• Yellow

Certificate reminder needed

• Red

Certificate receipt escalates. That means that a certificate has notbeen received or archived although a reminder has been sent.
Certificate records can be edited directly from this list.

Prerequisites
This process involves procurement certificates which are defined inCustomizing as certificate type "Enhanced certificate processing".
