Purpose
This report enables you to save the required dataset from the TemSedirectory in the format selected while running one of the followingreports:

• CBS Survey (RPLCBSN0)


• Social Insurance Notification Cadans (RPCCDSN0)


• Social Insurance Notification GAK (RPCMBVN0)


• Annual employment tax statement (RPCJLON0)


• Annual statement Cadans (RPCCJON0)


• Annual statement GAK (RPCBJON0)

Prerequisites
You have created a TemSe file by means of one of the above reports.

Activities
In the field TemSe Object select the required object type andthen the required file using F4 Help.
Depending on the method chosen for writing data to a record (online orbatch), the following applies:


• You wish to write the data to the front-end server in online mode:

A "Save File As" dialog box appears. If you enter a path and a filename, the data is written directly to the location you specified inCustomizing. If the specified file name already exists, you can choosewhether or not to overwrite the file. If you do not specify a path and afile name, the data is written directly to the location you specified inCustomizing.

• You wish to write data to a location in batch mode:

No dialog box appears and the data is written to a specified location.If you do not specify a location, the data is written to the locationyou specified in Customizing.
Run the report to convert the file to the required format.
