Description This program maintains the wage type table according to the assignmentof wage types to HR creditors. It checks whether the wage types havebeen assigned the correct processing class type in processing class 78.If not, the program either changes the processing class type or promptsyou to change it in Customizing for third-party remittance. There are several different configurations for the wage types:> RESET N1 The wage type is a regular remittance The system maintains it in processing class 78 as processing class type '1' The wage type is a tax remittance The system maintains it in processing class 78 as processing class type'2' The wage type is a benefits remittance The system maintains it in processing class 78 as processing class type'3' The wage type is a garnishment remittance The system maintains it in processing class 78 as processing class type'4' The wage type is a membership remittance The system maintains it in processing class 78 as processing class type'7' The wage type is defined for more than one type of remittance You have to decide which type of remittance applies and make thenecessary changes in Customizing for third-party remittance The wage type is not defined for remittance You have to maintain the wage type in Customizing for third-partyremittancePrecondition You have set up the HR creditors for regular remittance and taxremittance in the Third-party remittance section of the US Payroll IMG. Output A log of which wage types will be modified (if a test run). The wage type definition is changed (if not a test run). |
