Purpose
You use the report to import the newly assigned withholding tax numbersfor those liable for withholding tax, which are assigned by the cantonaltax office of Vaud. The withholding tax numbers are stored in infotype0038 in the "Tax Number" field.

Prerequisites
Before running the program you have run the report RPLQSTC0 "HR-CH:Withholding Tax Accounting" for employees liable for withholding tax forthe canton of Vaud, and sent an XML file to the cantonal tax office. Youhave downloaded the XML file with the new withholding tax numbers fromthe cantonal tax office.

Selection

• XML File

Use the selection parameter to select the XML file to import.

• Simulation

If you set the simulation indicator, the report is started in test modeand the importing of withholding tax numbers is simulated. The databaseis not changed.

• Change Log

If you set the indicator, in the application log you can use the "OutputList" pushbutton to display a list with the changed infotype records.Together with the simulation indicator you can first check whichinfotype records were changed in the production run.
