Convert coding for statement wage types

Purpose
For Release 4.6, the Statements tool has been converted to SAPScriptdisplay.
In the new Statements program, the statement wage types are coded intable T5DF4. In the old Statements program, they were coded in tableT512E. This program converts the wage type coding for the statementsgiven in the parameters.
