Pre-Flex and Post-Flex Salary Report for Flexible Benefits GB(RPUFBNFLEXSALARY)

Purpose
You run the Pre-Flex and Post-Flex Salary Report for FlexibleBenefits GB to display thePre-Flex Salary andPost-Flex Salary forindividual employees, or for groups of employees.
You can also download the report output into an Excel format for furthermanipulation as necessary.
Report RPUFBNFLEXSALARY is designed so that you can easily producesalary data for your employees on request. Often, employees will need anofficial salary statement from you when they apply for loans, mortgages,and so on. At present, an employee's infotype Basic Pay (0008)record stores only the employee's basic salary, and does not hold valuesfor Flexible Benefits GB Pre- and Post-Flex salaries.
Therefore, you run this report to generate Pre- and Post-Flex salarydata, although it is usually the Post-Flex salary information that isrequired for lenders.

Integration
Report RPUFBNFLEXSALARY calls the function moduleHR_FBN_COST_SUMMARY_CALC to produce the Pre-Flex and Post-Flex salarydata.

Features

Key Date Group Box
You select the date for which you wish to run report RPUFBNFLEXSALARY inthis group box. You can select either the current system date or specifyyour own key date.

Selection Group Box
Use this group box to select your employees for the report run. You candetermine the on-screen selection criteria for this report by choosingthe Further selections option located above the Key Date GroupBox, and specifying your required selection criteria using the toolprovided.

Additional Selection Group Box
You can further refine your selection criteria using benefit area andprogram groupings, in the Additional Selection Group Box.

Note:
Program grouping is a means of identifying a group of employees withcommon characteristics in order to determine the benefits programavailable for that group (macro-eligibility) on a high level. The GBFlexBens system sorts employees into first and second program groupingsduring processing, according to the corresponding feature.
The program grouping to which an employee belongs is stored in infotypeGeneral Benefits Information (0171).

Activities
Choose the Pre-Flex and Post-Flex Salary Report for Flexible Benefits GB
The selection screen for this report appears.
In the Group Box Key date, select the key date for which you wishto run report RPUFBNFLEXSALARY.
In the Group Box Selection, specify your required reportselection criteria.
In the Group Box Additional selection, specify any furtherselection criteria you require.
Execute report RPUFBNFLEXSALARY.

Output
Report RPUFBNFLEXSALARY produces an ABAP List Viewer output, containingthe following data:

  • Employee number

  • Employee's full name

  • Pre-Flex salary

  • Post-Flex salary

  • Currency

    • You can also download the report output into an Excel format for furthermanipulation as necessary.
    The report output is displayed using ABAP List Viewer (ALV) GridControl. This allows you to change the layout of the list interactivelyusing any of the available fields.
