Purpose
You run the Holiday Report for Flexible Benefits GB to displayholiday plan participation information and other relevantholiday-related employee data.

The selection screen for the Holiday Report for Flexible Benefits GBhas the following features:

Use this group box to specify your required report selection criteria.
Additional Data Group Box

  • You can use the indicator Benefit area to further refine your
    • selection criteria.
    • You use the date fields to specify the dates of the holiday year.

    • If required, you can maintain the field Leave type (C/F) to
      • specify the leave type carried forward from the previous holiday year.

      Output
      The following data are outputted by the Holiday Report for FlexibleBenefits GB in a customisable ABAP List Viewer (ALV) format:

      • Employee Name

      • Employee Personnel Number

      • Pre-flex Annual Holiday Entitlement

      • Annual Leave Carried Forward from Previous Year

      • Holiday Bought

      • Holiday Sold

      • New Post Flex Annual Holiday Entitlement

      • Annual Salary

        • You can also download the results of report RPUFBN70 into an Excelformat.
        The report output is displayed using ABAP List Viewer (ALV) GridControl. This allows you to change the layout of the list interactivelyusing any of the available fields.

        Activities
        Choose the Holiday Report for Flexible Benefits GB.
        The selection screen for this report appears.
        Use the fields within the Selection group box to specify yourrequired report selection criteria.
        Within the Additional Data group box, using the F4 helpsprovided:
        If required, maintain the field Benefit area to further restrictyour selection criteria.
        Maintain the fields Holiday Year valid from and end dateto specify the begin and end dates of the holiday year.
        If required, maintain the field Leave type (C/F) to specify theleave type carried forward from the previous holiday year.
        Execute report RPUFBN70.
