Account Reporting

Purpose
Selection and display of postings in PF accounts for several accounts.You can change the lock date for the selected accounts. You can alsocancel the selected postings.

Features
You can choose accounts and postings to be processed by selecting thenodes or branches in the display structure.

Selection
You can select the relevant accounts using personnel numbers with thestandard selections in the logical database PNP (for example, personnelnumber, organizational assignment).
You can narrow the selection of accounts by fund, authorization group,or by the last person to make a change to the account.
You can select the postings in the chosen account by value type,posting date, value date, and origin.
In addition, you can select by value-type attribute.

Output
Output is effected in ALV tree control.
If a reversal is effected, offsetting entries are flagged with areversal icon and displayed immediately.
If postings with a posting number are reversed, only the offsettingentry of the selected posting is displayed immediately. Dependentpostings, however, are also reversed. You can only display theiroffsetting entries by calling the report again.
The reversal indicator of reversed postings is only ever displayed whenthe report is restarted.
