Purpose
As of SAP R/3 Enterprise Core 4.70 (SAP_HR 470), the reportsPay Scale Reclassification Due to Age or Duration ofPay Scale Membership ( (RPITUM00) and Pay ScaleReclassification (RPITIG00) are replaced by the new reportPay Scale Reclassification (RPIPSR00). That reportuses the new table T510_PSRCL (Pay Scale Reclassification.
This conversion program enables you to convert the entries from tablesT510U and T510R to the new table T510_PSRCL.
Note
If you change your release to SAP R/3 Enterprise Core 4.70(SAP_HR 470) you must perform the conversion.

Selection
On the selection screen you can set the following indicators or makethe following entries:

• Direct Conversion Without Check

If you set this indicator, starting the program converts the tablesimmediately.
Recommendation
You are advised not to set the indicator, and to start the program. Ifyou do that, the system first outputs a list of warnings - if there areany - regarding the conversion. From this list you can save and therebyperform the table conversion.

• Conversion of Table T510R

If you only want to convert the entries in table T510R, set thisindicator.

• Conversion of Table T510U

If you only want to convert the entries in table T510U, set thisindicator.
If you set this indicator, an entry field appears for a value of theVARGU field. Since table T510_PSRCL needs this field for theconversion, you must also save a default value in the Default Valuefor 'VARGU' field.

• Default Value for 'VARGU' Field

Here you save the default value for the VARGU field.
The VARGU field is new in table T510_PSRCL, and when you convertentries from table T510U, the system fills the field with the defaultvalue that you enter here. In the standard, the default value is *
.

Output
The system outputs statistics regarding the rows to be converted.

Activities
If you do not set the Direct Conversion Without Check indicator,you can process possible warnings before the conversion.
To perform the conversion from the list screen, choose Save.
