Description With this report, you can implement pay scale changes. The reportchanges the entries in the Family-Related Bonus Elements> table(T510Q). The selected table entries are delimited on the specified dateof the pay scale change (selection criterion Validity start date >) and a new record with the increased amount is inserted. The following selection criteria are available to help you determinewhich table entries are to be changed:
- Country grouping>
- Pay scale type>
- Pay scale area>
- Family-related bonus element>
The elements 'LD', 'VH', 'V1', and 'KI' are normally relevant for thepay scale increase.
- Validity start date>
All table entries in the Family-Related Bonus Element> table(T510Q) that are valid on the specified validity start date> areselected. The family-related bonus classes assigned to the selected pay scale aredetermined using the Family-Related Bonus Classes> table (T5D5L). The amount of the standard pay increase is calculated using the givenpercentage rate>. You can round the result of the standard increase if required. To dothis, use the selection criteria rounding amount> androunding type>. The rounding amount determines the value to whichthe amount is rounded. The rounding type determines whether the amountis rounded up or down.Output If you have selected the Log> parameter, the report lists allselected table entries with the old and new amounts.
- The report checks that you have authorization to display or change the
Family-Related Bonus Elements> (T510Q) and Family-RelatedBonus Classes> (T5D5L) tables.
- Table T510Q is only updated if the Test> parameter is not
flagged.
- If the client settings are configured accordingly, the table changes
are automatically included in a transport request.
- If the Family-Related Bonus Elements> table (T510Q) already
includes an entry for the date of the pay scale change (selectioncriterion Validity start date>), the existing record is notchanged.
