XPRA: Convert Feature PU136 in Table T52OCZ

Purpose
This program transfers the payment key from feature PU136 to the newCustomizing table T52OCZ.
As of Release 4.6A, this table is used instead of the feature in theoff-cycle workbench.
Caution:
After a restart, this program transfers the payment key from featurePU136 to Customizing table T52OCZ for all clients. Customizing changesalready performed will be overwritten!
If the Customizing has already been changed using view V_T520CZ,further post processing should only be made using this view.
