Description
There will be a new entity table (T542A) as of release 4.5A forwork contracts (field P0001-ANSVH)
The following changes have been made:

• The redundant definition of work contracts (in table T542T and as a
fixed value in the P001_ANTYP domain for the field ANTYPin table T503) is replaced by the new entity table T542A for workcontracts.

• This table allows a country group specific (MOLGA) definition of
work contracts.

• The report RPU45AANSVH evaluates the previously used ANSVH

and makes the required changes.

• You can select the clients that you want to convert in the selection
screen.

• The ANSVH that were available before the upgrade are determined.


• It is determined for which country assignment (MOLGA) the
ANSVH is used.
The report offers the following options:

• Parameter Test: The report is started in test mode. No entries
are added to tables T542A and T542T. A list is created, so that changeswhich would take place after production startup can be checked.

• Parameter Clean up T542A/T542T: Only relevant if the report is
not started in test mode.
You can recognize entries from the old system as opposed to entriesfrom the SAP delivery after the upgrade as the MOLGA field in tablesT542A and T542T is blank. These entries are only necassary for theconversion of work contracts that have been used up to now and can bedeleted after successful conversion.
This option should only be chosen after the conversion has beensuccessfully carried out and checked.
